Mr. Boutte has worked with Fenstermaker for over 36 years. As Senior Vice President, he directs, administers, and coordinates the activities of the organization in support of policies, goals, and objectives established by the Chief Executive Officer and President. He is responsible for the development, production, promotion, and financial aspects of the organization's products and services. Mr. Boutte sees that all organizational activities and operations are carried out in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and laws governing business operations. Under his direction both short-range and long-range plans and budgets are developed and maintained based on corporate goals and growth objectives. He manages local scheduling and real-time operations to facilitate the maximization of resources and the timely delivery of projects to our clients.

During his tenure, Mr. Boutte has been invaluable in formulating the company's Safety and Quality Control Programs. Under his direction safety standards were elevated to notable levels and quality controls were put in place to maximize the company's overall performance and enhance customer satisfaction. As a result of Mr. Boutte's effective management efforts over the years, we have experienced tremendous growth in size, diversity, and revenue.
