Lafayette – Kam Movassaghi, Ph.D, P.E., and President of Fenstermaker, recently announced the following appointments to key positions within the organization.

R.J. Boutte has been promoted to Senior Vice President. Mr. Boutte has been with Fenstermaker for thirty-six years and has served the firm in various capacities. Mr. Boutte will work directly with Dr. Movassaghi regarding overall corporate issues and policies. Mr. Boutte will supervise the directors of the New Orleans, Shreveport, Baton Rouge and Houston offices as well as Fenstermaker's Human Resources Director and Quality Director.

Greg Palmer has been promoted to Vice President of Business Development. Mr. Palmer is also the Director of Baton Rouge Operations and Manager of Government Contracts for the firm. In his new position, he will lead the Business Development Team and will oversee all of the company's marketing efforts including the procurement of government contracts and new commercial business. Mr. Palmer has been with Fenstermaker for over twenty-four years.

Brad Hamilton, Vice President of Government Services, will lead a new division of the company to promote advanced technologies including, but not limited to, Underwater Acoustic Services and High Definition Survey. Mr. Hamilton has been with Fenstermaker for over thirty-four years.
