Dan Lavergne, Vice President of Finance and CFO of Fenstermaker will be a featured speaker at the13th Joint Engineering Society Conference to be held in Lafayette, January 22 & 23, 2009. The conference, hosted by the Louisiana Engineering Society And Sponsoring Technical Societies will welcome hundreds of Engineers from around the state and will focus on Ethics/Management, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering and related topics.

In his presentation, Mr. Lavergne will offer tips on how to oversee engineering business office operations. He holds a Bachelor degree in Accounting from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in addition to holding the designation as a Certified Forensic Accountant. He is a member of the Louisiana Society of Certified Public Accountants Business and Industry Committee and a member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants. Dan is also a member of the Board of Directors of Louisiana Capital Certified Development Company, Inc. a SBA sanctioned organization that provides major funding for small business projects.
