Kam Movassaghi, Ph.D., P.E., President of C. H. Fenstermaker & Associates, Inc., an engineering, surveying & mapping, and environmental consulting firm, recently announced several promotions and appointments. The announcement reflects reorganization efforts aimed at maximizing the efficiency of the firm and the introduction of a Government Sector to focus on Federal, State, and Municipal clients.
Brad Hamilton, P.E., has been appointed to the position of Vice President, Government Sector. Mr. Hamilton will assist in developing a core group to pursue, attain and manage large government projects. Mr. Hamilton has been with the Fenstermaker firm for 32 years and previously served as Vice President of the Environmental Division.
Brad DeHart has been promoted to Vice President of the firm's Environmental Division. He will lead the Environmental Division and all related environmental activities corporate-wide. Mr. DeHart has been with the Fenstermaker firm for 16 years and previously held the title of Senior Regulatory Specialist/Section Manager.
Greg Palmer, PLS has been appointed Government Contracts Manager. He is assigned to Government Sector and will be responsible for all major governmental contracts in the areas of quality assurance and adherence to government contracting regulations. Mr. Palmer has been with the firm for 22 years and has served in various capacities. Mr. Palmer is also Director of Baton Rouge Operations.
Gregg Hamilton has been promoted to Section Manager of the firm's Environmental Division. He is tasked with managing the daily operations of Fenstermaker's Wetland Permitting Group. Mr. Hamilton was most recently an Environmental Specialist/Team Leader with the firm.
Richard Leonhard, has been appointed Team Leader of the companies new, Mitigation Group, and will be responsible for all mitigation activities in the Environmental Division. Mr. Leonhard has served as Senior Regulatory Specialist and a member of the firm's Business Development team. He has been with the company for over 15 years.
