Bayou Bridge Pipeline Project | Public Hearing
Posted February 7, 2017
The Bayou Bridge Pipeline project will bring 2500 construction jobs and $750 Million in construction revenue to the State of Louisiana. This pipeline is under attack by opponents from across the country. Most of us in Louisiana, however, recognize the value of such projects and the state-of-the-art technology that goes into these pipelines. The Department of Environmental Quality and the Army Corps of Engineers recently held a public hearing on the project where 200-300 protesters (many from out of state) issued complaints against the project.
LA Department of Natural Resources is hosting another hearing - Wednesday, February 8th, 6PM, Assumption Parish Community Center located at 4910 Highway 308, Napoleonville, LA 70390. This is an opportunity for supporters of our oil and gas, chemical and energy industries to rally in support of this important project. We will be sending a team from Fenstermaker to show our support of the oil & gas industry. We hope to see you there!
