The Administrative Assistant will provide general support to our employees. The Administrative Assistant should have experience with a variety of office software and be able to accurately handle additional duties as assigned by the Survey Division Controller. The Administrative Assistant will be a champion and leader of our company core values, while maintaining internal and external customer engagement and satisfaction.
Some responsibilities include:
Answering phones and transferring calls to appropriate personnel
Reviewing employee time and expense reports
Approving invoices for various vendors
Maintaining inventory and ordering office supplies as needed
Scanning, organizing, and researching various documents in Survey library
Sending correspondence and packages via Fed-Ex and USPS
Am I qualified for this position?
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task
Effective oral and written communication skills with a strong suit in interpersonal skills
