The Administrative Assistant will greet visitors and provide general administrative support to our employees. The Administrative Assistant should have experience with a variety of office software and be able to accurately handle additional duties as assigned by the Office Manager.
Some responsibilities include:
Managing and ordering office supplies
Organizing, filing, and scanning of documents
Collating and distributing mail
Providing general support to visitors and staff
Sending correspondence and packages via Fed-Ex and USPS
Am I qualified for this position?
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task
Detail-oriented with a proficiency in organizational skills and time management
Effective oral and written communication with a strong suit in interpersonal skills
Six months of administrative/office experience
