What does this job entail?

The Engineering Business Development Leader will market and generate business for the Engineering Division and be a resource for some technical aspects of the industry. This position requires one to research, identify and develop new leads and opportunities for additional work while managing existing clients. The Engineering Business Development Leader will a champion and leader of our company core values, while maintaining internal and external customer engagement and satisfaction.

Some responsibilities include:

  • Meeting with clients, developing relationships, and marketing Engineering services
  • Developing, leading, and implementing promotional campaigns
  • Attending networking and industry events
  • Leading, directing, and carrying out strategic and tactical marketing implementation of engineering initiatives
  • Developing and maintaining key strategic relationships

Am I qualified for this position?

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum of three (3) years of directly related industry experience
  • Ability to travel; may require some overnight stays to customer sites, regulatory meetings, and other industry related meetings
