The Talent Acquisition Specialist will join our Human Resources department and administer the full recruitment process while focusing on the development of long-term recruiting strategies and cultivating relationships with potential hires.
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
Post positions and source potential candidates through various networks and channels
Review applications and interview qualified candidates
Design job descriptions and interview questions
Organize and attend recruitment events
Nurture trusting relationships with potential candidates
Extend offers and set up pre-employment screenings for prospective hires
Am I qualified for this position?
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in Human Resources Management or relevant field
PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification
3-5 years of proven experience in talent acquisition
Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
