Devin A. Foil, AICP, CFM

Senior Planner

Devin is a certified Urban Planner based in New Orleans. He grew up on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, left the state to study in Washington DC, and then left the country to live in China for two years, where he witnessed rapid urbanization that developed into a passion in him for how human settlements are planned and managed. This led him back to the US Gulf Coast, where he returned to the University of New Orleans to dive into urban planning studies and relaunch a career around his passion.

He now works to facilitate planning processes that integrate public input into community planning visions, include science-based policy solutions in land use regulations, and build partnerships to strengthen communities.

Devin earned his Masters degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of New Orleans in 2018. He brings his specialized knowledge and skill set to the New Orleans office.
