Mark Dubroc is a Senior Engineer with over 37 years of professional civil engineering experience. As Principal of Dubroc Engineering, Inc. for 23 years, Mr. Dubroc gained extensive experience in civil engineering consulting, serving a wide variety of clients. Through the course of this tenure, he engaged in many civil and structural design projects including urban and rural roadway and drainage design, highway bridge design, solid waste transfer facilities, site planning, residential land developments, along with municipal water and sewer collection systems.
Mr. Dubroc served as Director of Public Works for the Lafayette Consolidated Government (LCG) from 2017 until January of 2020. During this time, Mr. Dubroc managed a staff of 335 people while handling a yearly operating budget of $58 million and an annual Capital Improvement Program totaling $50 million. His tenure at LCG also included the management of Capital Improvements, Operations, and Traffic and Transportation Divisions.

Mr. Dubroc is married to Claire Dronet Dubroc. Together they have six children and six grandchildren. He is an avid golfer and enjoys woodworking and general handyman activities.
