With over a decade of experience in project management, hydrology, water resources engineering, surface transportation, public works, mentorship and relationship building, Paul Foley, PE, is a Senior Engineer and project manager with an unbelievably diverse skill set and the unique ability to develop successful, long term business relationships.   

Paul is a big believer in focusing on three key areas as an Engineering Office Manager:

His firm belief, backed up with real world experience, has shown him that the key to success is to provide both internal and external stakeholders with the tools they need to achieve their goals. He’s excited to bring this philosophy to his work with Fenstermaker.  

Paul earned his Bachelor’s degree in Science and Engineering from Mississippi State University in 2009, and is currently working on his Masters degree with the same university. He now brings his diverse skill set to the Ocean Springs, MS office as Senior Engineer and Office Manager.

PERSONAL LIFE

A resident of Ocean Springs for thirteen years, Paul is a big believer in investing in the community one lives in. When he’s not hard at work improving lives through public works projects in and around his community, Paul loves spending time with his wife of twenty years, Marilyn, and their two daughters.
