Stefan Bourgeois, P.E. is a Senior Engineer with over 13 years of professional engineering experience. He began his career with Fenstermaker in 2010 as an engineer intern and has established over a decade of dedicated service with the company. He is now the office manager of Fenstermaker’s New Orleans location and oversees a growing staff of engineers, interns, student interns, and planners.
Mr. Bourgeois is responsible for Fenstermaker’s design projects in the Greater New Orleans area including civil infrastructure, surveying, and advanced technologies. He is uniquely experienced with civil design projects for a wide variety of clients including municipalities, parishes, school boards, and the private sector. His primary responsibilities include wastewater collection and treatment design, water distribution and treatment design, roadway design, drainage design, grant funding and writing, and construction administration on various municipal infrastructure projects. Mr. Bourgeois directs a keen focus on project management and ensuring his clients are served with superior product quality which Fenstermaker is known for.
Mr. Bourgeois enjoys traveling to international and domestic destinations. His interests include reading, boating, fishing, enjoying the great outdoors, basketball, dancing, yoga, carpentry and gardening.

Stefan has volunteered with local organizations such as the Refinery Mission to provide clothing and other resources to support their needs. He has also volunteered as a youth basketball coach, and at community trash collection events.
