Austin Doucet, P.E.

Market Leader, Private Industry

Austin Doucet, P.E., serves as Market Leader for Private Industry, focusing on business growth, client relationships, and strategic opportunities across Fenstermaker’s private-sector markets. Since joining Fenstermaker as a student intern in 2017, he has developed extensive technical and project-management experience in civil engineering, water resources, and hydrologic and hydraulic modeling. Austin has served as Fenstermaker’s Region 4 Program Manager for the Louisiana Watershed Initiative Statewide Hydrologic and Hydraulic Modeling Program and as City Engineer Consultant for the City of Scott. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2019.

Personal Life

Mr. Doucet has been happily married since 2019 to Lauren Delpapa Doucet and they have two children, Amelia and Jack. He enjoys spending time with friends and family, hosting gatherings, and watching sports year-round.
