Butch Babineaux, P.E.

Business Development Leader

Butch Babineaux, P.E. is a Business Development Leader responsible for marketing Fenstermaker services to clients primarily in Southwest Louisiana and Southeast Texas. Mr. Babineaux assists the firm in business development and strategic growth initiatives for major clients in Louisiana, Texas and Mississippi. A registered Professional Engineer with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, he has extensive engineering and planning experience and has managed major projects for federal, state and local governments as well as private sector entities throughout the United States. Prior to joining Fenstermaker, Mr. Babineaux worked for a national consulting engineering firm in Texas, the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) and served as the City Traffic Engineer for Lake Charles.

Personal Life

Mr. Babineaux has been married to Julia Ann Babineaux since 1985 and they have two children: Matthew and Anna.  Mr. Babineaux, a native of Lake Charles, is an active member of St. Martin de Porres Catholic Church and a graduate of St. Louis Catholic High School and LSU.
