Butch Babineaux, P.E. is the Operations Leader for Lake Charles. He is responsible for office operations and marketing Fenstermaker services to clients in the Lake Charles area and throughout southwest Louisiana. Mr. Babineaux also assists the firm in business development and strategic growth initiatives for major transportation clients in Louisiana and Texas. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering in 1983 and a Professional Engineer License obtained in 1990, he has transportation engineering and planning experience and has managed and been involved in major projects for federal, state and local governments as well as private sector entities throughout the United States. Prior to joining Fenstermaker, Mr. Babineaux worked for a national consulting engineering firm in Texas, the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) and served as the City Traffic Engineer for Lake Charles.

Mr. Babineaux has been married to Julia Ann Babineaux since 1985 and they have two children: Matthew and Anna. Mr. Babineaux, a native of Lake Charles, is an active member of St. Martin de Porres Catholic Church and a graduate St. Louis Catholic High School and LSU.
