Daniel D. Dehon, M.S., P.E.

Coastal Engineer

Mr. Dehon is a registered professional engineer with a Masters in Biological and Agricultural Engineering from LSU. His research focused on the use of artificial oyster reefs as a means of shoreline protection. He has nearly 15 years of experience in coastal design. He specializes in marine ecological engineering and aquatic biological solutions for sustainable ecosystem restoration on the Gulf Coast and beyond. Project experience includes marsh creation, shoreline protection, hydraulic restoration maintenance dredging, and living shorelines.
