Dustin Guidry, P.E.

Manager, Construction

Dustin Guidry, P.E., serves as Construction Manager, bringing experience in construction inspection, engineering support, and construction administration. He joined Fenstermaker’s Lafayette engineering team in December 2012 as a Construction Inspector and later served as an Engineering Technician while pursuing his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, which he earned in 2019. He became a registered Professional Engineer in Louisiana in 2023.

In his current role, Dustin coordinates with construction inspectors, contractors, and design engineers to help ensure projects are completed in accordance with plans, specifications, and quality standards. His experience includes roadway, drainage, and utility infrastructure projects involving water, sewer, and gas systems. He also serves as City Engineer Consultant for the City of Scott, supporting municipal infrastructure improvements and providing guidance throughout project planning, design, and construction.

Personal Life

Dustin has been happily married to his wife, Sloane, and together they have three children: Evangelene, Graham, and Cecile. As an Acadiana native, he values time spent with family and enjoys being actively involved in his children’s activities. In his free time, he enjoys playing volleyball, traveling, attending LSU football games, and spending time with friends and extended family.
