James Fontenot

Director, Pipeline Division

James Fontenot, a Survey Director, has been with Fenstermaker since 2010 and brings years of experience and has been a lead designer on many major pipeline projects, both overseas and in the United States. The basic duties performed on these projects include site visits for route alignment, the creation of Blue Sky AlignDb drawing packages, the creation and maintenance of AlignDb database, the quality control of survey data, wetland delineation packages, boundary surveys, and property plats. Mr. Fontenot also has a background in Mechanical/Electrical drafting, which includes drawing packages that detail mechanical, piping, structural and electrical disciplines related directly to company projects. Mr. Fontenot has several years of field experience as a party chief for the Evangeline Parish Engineer. Many of his duties included boundary surveys, highway/railroad surveys and road/bridge inspections.
