Joey Runner

Manager, Environmental Field Specialist

Mr. Runner has extensive experience in wetland delineations, CWA Section 404 permitting, coastal zone management permitting, migratory bird surveys, and environmental site assessments. He also has experience in performing endangered species surveys, wildlife management plans, large-scale wetland and vegetation mapping projects, large-scale linear pipeline projects, and regulatory permitting for oil and gas activities.

He works with many local agencies such as the U.S. Department of the Army Corps of Engineers (COE), U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, U.S. Department of Interior Fish and Wildlife Service, Louisiana Department of Natural Resources, Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries, and Texas Parks and Wildlife.
