Megan Fairley, M.S.

Manager, Environmental Specialist

As an Environmental Specialist, Mrs. Fairley has a history of successfully providing clients with strategic solutions to suit project needs and advise on regulatory and environmental compliance in Louisiana and Texas. She specializes in federal, state, and local permitting for projects. Her experience working for various clients in commercial, private, municipal, power, energy, and industrial industries gives her a unique knowledge and skill set.

Mrs. Fairley has created Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) manuals and managed inspections for construction sites as required by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ), Texas Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (TPDES) Storm Water General Permit for Construction Activities. Mrs. Fairley manages projects that entail general environmental compliance and permitting issues, Wetland Delineations, Threatened and Endangered Species reviews, and Wetland Permitting. She has been responsible for TCEQ SARA Title III, Tier II Emergency and Hazardous Chemical Reporting for oil and gas clients.

Personal Life

Mrs. Fairley was born and raised in New Iberia, LA before moving to the Houston area. She has been married to her husband, Robert, since 2010. They have active twin girls. When she has free time, she enjoys spending time with family and traveling to new places. She loves hiking, canoeing, and bike riding. In 2023, she was a first-time participant in Bike MS for the National MS Society.
