Mr. Gaspard is a Marine Biologist and an Environmental Specialist on Fenstermaker’s Environmental team. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Biology and Master of Science degree in Marine and Environmental Biology at Nicholls State University. Mr. Gaspard has extensive experience in the area of of regulatory and environmental compliance. He provides expert guidance on Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, Wetland Delineations, Threatened and Endangered Species Surveys, and Biological Oyster Assessments. Mr. Gaspard works closely with clients to obtain necessary permits for oil and gas, commercial, and private development clients. He has worked throughout the south on permitting projects, wetland delineations and threatened and endangered species surveys and is well-known in the environmental arena as a premier expert on oyster assessments along the Gulf Coast.
In 2018, Mr. Gaspard earned his Project Management Professional (PMP) accreditation and brings a high level of project management expertise to the Fenstermaker team.
