Patrick Fenstermaker, P.E.

Engineer

Patrick Fenstermaker, P.E. is a civil engineer with experience in project management, traffic engineering, roadway design, and site development. He has supported transportation and site design projects for both public and private sector clients across Texas and Louisiana, contributing to efforts from early planning through final design and implementation.

Patrick regularly coordinates with state and local agencies—including TxDOT, LADOTD, and municipal partners—to navigate regulatory requirements and deliver practical, constructible solutions. His work reflects a well-rounded, hands-on approach to engineering, balancing technical design with effective project coordination.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Louisiana State University and is a licensed Professional Engineer in both Texas and Louisiana.

Personal Life

Patrick enjoys spending time with his wife, Olivia, and their son, Andy. In his free time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, golfing and playing tennis. Patrick is also an avid sports fan who enjoys watching a wide range of sports, with a particular passion for LSU athletics.
