Engineer Manager

Rhett Hebert, P.E., CFM is an Engineer Manager with expertise in roadway design, drainage design, and hydraulic and hydrologic modeling. With a passion for design and project management alike, he has been involved in the development and analyses of both small and large-scale hydrologic and hydraulic numerical models, design of drainage systems, utility design, and site design.
