Our What’s Kickin’ Chicken cook-off brought out every flavor of warmheartedness, each dish reflecting the spirit behind this day.

At our Lafayette headquarters,

‣ colleagues,

‣ clients,

‣ vendors, and

‣ friends gathered to taste and to give,

raising almost $4,000 in support of the Fenstermaker CARES Fund.

In just two years, through the generosity of our people and a dollar-for-dollar company match, the CARES Fund has grown to $40,000, every cent for one purpose:

to lift our own when life gets heavy,

just as family would.

And that’s what this event reminded us of: the laughter, the raffles, the “hen-gineer” banter, and the friendly rivalry between the Pecker Necks and Crispy Business.

Behind every pot stirred and plate served was a shared belief that

‣ care is more than a talking point—it’s a practice.
