On Tuesday, October 16th, the temperature in Lafayette was what we would like to call “perfect gumbo weather”. Fenstermaker’s annual gumbo cook-off, a friendly interdepartmental competition, kicked off early that morning without a hitch. From our warehouse, the tantalizing aromas of chicken & sausage, seafood, and even duck & oyster gumbos filled the air and quickly lured team members in for a taste.
