Fenstermaker is overjoyed to announce the promotion of Hannah Link, PHR, SHRM-CP, to the position of Human Resource Manager. Hannah began her career with Fenstermaker in October of 2011 and has since exuded dedication and enthusiasm for her profession along with compassion and empathy for her colleagues, making her the ideal candidate to lead our Human Resources department well into the future.
Before joining Fenstermaker, Hannah worked for several years with a leading national in-home healthcare provider, LHC Group, where she learned the foundational skills that have allowed her to thrive and shine in her career pursuits to date. Beginning at Fenstermaker as an HR Generalist, Hannah dutifully administered compensation and benefits, managed the recruitment process, directed all on-boarding and orientation efforts, and served as a dedicated resource for all team members. Having excelled in her responsibilities, Hannah was promoted in September of 2019, then assuming the role of Talent Acquisition Manager.
Since this most recent promotion, Hannah has been wholeheartedly accountable for all facets of recruitment success by developing local and national recruiting plans, using traditional sourcing strategies, and developing new, creative recruitment tactics. Hannah has been instrumental in hiring the best possible talent while ensuring a good fit with the company’s corporate objectives, culture, and brand. She has been a leading advocate for the development and implementation of Fenstermaker’s core values of family, one company, customer obsession, growth mindset and being different.
