Fenstermaker Names Jeanne Arceneaux Hornsby Chief Growth Officer

In 2006, while pursuing her graduate degree at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, Jeanne Arceneaux Hornsby, P.E., joined Fenstermaker as a student intern—beginning a career that would steadily expand from engineering and project ownership into client strategy, organizational leadership, and enterprise growth.

Two decades later, Fenstermaker is proud to announce Jeanne’s promotion to Chief Growth Officer, a newly established executive leadership position created to advance the firm’s strategic ambitions.

The breadth of her experience across technical, operational, and client-facing roles gives her a distinctive view of the business—how Fenstermaker’s disciplines function independently, how they become more powerful in combination, and where greater alignment can create meaningful opportunity for the firm and its clients.

That understanding has developed alongside a deep appreciation for the people who helped build the firm and the evolution she has witnessed across decades.

Across her career, Jeanne has seen firsthand how Fenstermaker’s capabilities work in concert to solve complex challenges—and how much more is possible when those disciplines are fully integrated.

“One of the things that has always inspired me is seeing how all of our disciplines come together,” Jeanne explained. “Whether it’s engineering, surveying, environmental consulting, GIS, or emerging technologies, we deliver our best work when we operate as one company. My goal is to help our clients see Fenstermaker as more than a single service provider, as a trusted partner capable of solving problems across multiple disciplines.”

The Chief Growth Officer position is a cornerstone of President Charles Fenstermaker’s long-term strategic vision for the firm. As the firm continues to diversify its markets while strengthening its historic leadership in the energy sector, Jeanne will lead an enterprise-wide strategy designed to bring greater intention, alignment, and focus to how the firm cultivates opportunity.
